COVID-19 Health & Safety Protocol:
Hello all,
I hope you’re keeping sane and…well sane during these crazy times (I know I’m getting sick of my own personality for sure.) I have put together some further info and guidance on what to expect with my photoshoots during lockdowns, post lockdowns & oh okay we’re going back into a lockdown? really? again? vibes.
Firstly, photoshoots will mostly take place entirely outdoors on location in London Bridge. This will be at a safe distance of 2m and in a quiet area, without coming into contact with anyone else. Please allow more time for you to travel to London Bridge incase you would like to walk, cycle or drive to the session. If you have to travel by public transport, please make sure to wear a mask and use hand sanitiser.
If you would like to book an indoor shoot in the comfort of your own home, you will need to be living with max one other person who works from home and have space for me to be at a safe 2m distance, surrounded by open windows. I use all of my own equipment that will have been cleaned before any new sessions. I will be wearing a mask at all times, using hand sanitiser and keeping my distance. It’s not as awkward as you think masks on an’ all, even though it may look odd, I still manage plenty of conversation and exaggerated smiling.
Following the government advice, If you or anyone you have been in contact with develops any of the following symptoms: sore throat, dry cough, shortness of breath, fever, abdominal pain, achy spine, loss of taste or smell - please contact me immediately and we can reschedule your session; it is essential that all clients follow these guidelines so that I can continue shooting whilst protecting my clients, my family and myself. I will also be monitoring my own health in the lead up to any shoots and will be in contact to rearrange should any symptoms occur. All sessions can be rearranged with no cancellation fee.
By Agreeing to a Session with Olivia Spencer Photography, it is taken that you've read and understood the following Health & Safety guidelines.
